DYC hires Executive Chef

We are very pleased to announce that the Club has hired Alan Knight to take over as Executive Chef.  Alan has served as Executive Chef for Serenitee restaurant group at Latitude 43 in Gloucester, Maggie’s Farm in Middleton, and most recently as the Executive Chef at the Boston Yacht Club.  As a Marblehead native Alan has worked at many local establishments for over twenty years, acquiring a broad skillset beyond the kitchen from systems development and implementation and budget planning, to purchasing and team leadership.

With his classic New England background and a passion for ethnic cuisine, Alan and his team are looking forward to interacting with the membership, providing fresh, creative, and approachable hand crafted food at the DYC this season.
